Pods and Ripe Seeds
Seed heads form where flowers have pollinated in fertile cannas.
Ripe seeds are seen peeking from pods. Mature seeds are hard and shiny and black brown in colour. Some cannas are sterile. They will form pods, but no mature seeds inside.
